Returns are not accepted at this time as each order is made on purchase to prevent wastage and optimise sustainability.

If your order has been paid and is not in production you will be issued a full and immediate refund if you cancel your order.

If your order status is in production any remaining amount after the production costs will be refunded. 

 

If the order status is "shipped" a request for refund will not be accepted.

 

If your order has been delivered and you are unhappy with the product please contact us within 15 days at sales@arsuprema.co.uk as we will endeavour to provide a satisfactory resolution.
